Looks good. I hope it is not 2 hot with the red peppers.. I will try it - but the last time I used them it was 2 hot for me and my granddaughter.

I wonder how it would taste with some italian seasonongs as I have not been able to find italian cheese- not the shredded or the block for me to shred.

The two red peppers are bell peppers, so it shouldn't be too hot. :)

You can use just plain mozzarella or other cheese too! :)
