Thanks, LIlian. I think the stress is under control now. It's funny how it bubbles up and overwhelms us suddenly!

I need to remember that walk...maybe that's what I'll do when I get stress balls in my stomach! I usually find that if I do write my to do's down, it helps me. I have a visual cue and can feel so good each time I scratch one off the list! If I only list a couple, the others are still there, hiding.

I'm amazed how even a short walk can help me so much...there's something about physically removing yourself from sources of stress, and letting yourself listen to the sounds of nature, that just helps so much.
