That last one made me smile too.

As the oldest (and, therefore, the one who should know better) I liked to find words that sounded bad but weren't so that I could call my sisters that and then have them try to tell on me. Extra points if they couldn't remember or pronounce the word.

That made me smile!
My kids are so into the fighting thing right now. We've got one who is such a school ager now and a preschooler. It's hard, because I feel like we let the little guy get away with so much more. But he's THREE and she's in first grade and we have all of these EXPECTATIONS for the first grader. Sometimes even I feel like I'm not being fair.
Oh - and we so watch that show. The kids like to say, "You are going DOWN. D-O-W-N! Down, down, DOWN!" Candice is such a model sibling.

I know exactly what you mean. But at our house, L. gets away with more than T. does, and our expectations for her are higher in some ways, which skews everything...
