One of the things I miss most in being gluten-free is bread like this. I was salivating over the olive loaves at the Farmers' Market the other week. I also miss the process of making it, especially the kneading. Gluten-free bread doesn't need the handling, usually is too sticky for it, but I may have to try an olive loaf at the very least.

I've tried other olive bread recipes before but this one was perfection--I can't get enough of it!

I'm sorry about your economic struggles--I hope things improve--and soon.

There is something just unbearably magical and wonderful about Greece, isn't there? I loved Thessaloniki--it was spectacular. I hope you can make it back there one day!

Oh. my. goodness. This bread is making my mouth water, just reading about it. This is going in my "have to try" file for sure!

I've never been to Greece, but my husband went there before we met with his best friend who has family there. I've never heard him talk about a place on earth so passionately. We plan to go...someday!

I can't praise the bread enough, really--it was THE perfect olive bread!
