A popular FE page for puppy owners

Month after month, one of the most popular articles on FamilyEducation.com is "Potty Training Your Puppy." Since acquiring a ten-week-old puppy almost two weeks ago, I now understand perfectly why that page is so popular.

It's not that I didn't have some idea of the procedure, or think that my puppy would never have an accident. It's just that a sanity check is crucial when some major life change is taking place -- and acquiring a puppy definitely qualifies as a major life change! If you're in the same boat, read "Housebreaking Your Dog" along with "Potty Training Your Puppy." And you might also want to take a look at "Puppies: Mouthing and Biting" for some helpful tips on that subject.
