An Australian man recently made headlines for taking his kids to jail for bullying.
As he was driving, he spotted his 17-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter bullying and beating a 13-year-old boy. They were apparently targeting him because he wears glasses.
The father immediately pulled over, brought the injured boy home to his parents, and promptly drove his kids to the police station, where they were charged with assault.
As further punishment, he sold his son's recently purchased car, and his daughter's horse.
The boy they were beating up suffered a broken jaw.

Beginning this fall, Rutgers University will allow male and female students to live in the same dorm room. The basis for this pilot program is to help the university's gay and transgender population feel more welcome and comfortable.
The program is open to sophomores and upperclassmen. More than 100 students living in three dormitories will have the option of choosing a roommate of the opposite sex through the college's lottery system, along with sharing gender-neutral bathrooms and facilities.

Even in my late 20's, I still get a kick out of Dr. Seuss. There is no way I could ever choose a favorite book-- there's just way too many that bring back happy memories to me to pinpoint just one.
But I do know, How the Grinch Stole Christmas is still a must-see holiday movie for me (the old-school one, not the newer version.) And Green Eggs and Ham sticks out in my mind, too. And Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You?
