Forgetting your infant in the car on a scorching-hot day-- it seems unthinkable, right? In fact, the topic alone seems almost too unbearable and disgusting to think about. Who in their right mind could ever forget about their child?
You're probably thinking, "No way would I ever forget my child in the back seat of a car. No way!" Actually, as it turns out, it can happen to anyone.
Each year, on average, 37 babies and toddlers die from being forgotten in the car, helplessly buckled in their car seat while their parents go off to work, run errands, etc.

Denim diapers? Skinny jeans and leggings for babies? What is going on here?
Apparently young children now have more fashion sense than I do!
Trendy infant fashions are quickly becoming a hot commodity, with stores stocking up on mini versions of denim diapers, trendy designer skinny jeans, and even mini high heeled shoes made to fit tiny toddler feet.
Really? High heels? I can't even suffer for more than an hour without wanting to take my heels off and slip into a nice pair of comfy flip flops. How do kids have a higher foot pain threshold than me?
Is Suri Cruise the trend-setter? Possibly....

Did you walk to school as a child?
I didn't. I lived far enough away that I was required to take a school bus everyday.
I was always so jealous of the "walkers" at school. One of my best childhood friends, Ally, was a "walker"...and oh boy, did I think it was a treat to be invited to her house after school, because that always meant I got to walk home with her.
I loved walking home with Ally. I can't quite out my finger on why- maybe it was the freedom I had, getting out of school for the day and not having to wait for my bus in the hot stuffy gym with all the other "bussers". Maybe it was...
