A new study has found that picky eating may be an early sign of autism.
These findings may come as a relief to some parents, since autism generally isn't diagnosed until after the age of 2, when a child begins to talk.
Over the course of the study, researchers found that at the age of one month, the children who were later diagnosed with autism were already 35% more likely to be slow eaters. By their first birthday, their diets were significantly less varied than their peers. Is divorce contagious? According to some experts, yes.
In essence, experts that did this research compared marriages and relationships to a body's immune system. If that immune system is healthy, and taking steps to stay healthy, then it can withstand any virus (read: a friend's unhealthy relationship or divorce) that comes along.
However, if that immune system doesn't take care of itself and begins to get rundown, it has the potential to catch a "virus".
Make sense?

Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) share is in full swing. Each Wednesday we receive a full share, which we split with a good friend of mine and her family, who lives close by. Honestly, I feel like the CSA is a mini-Christmas each week. We get so excited to see what is delivered to our doorstep and you can imagine our excitement when our share this week looked like this:
