Ahh. Losing weight. It's about as fun as going to the dentist. For most of you who are struggling to lose a few pounds, you probably diligently weigh yourself once a week, or even once a day. This past Saturday, I worked a shift at my second job. I used to be a personal trainer and still occasionally help out on the weekends at the gym I used to work at. Usually, I really enjoy doing this. I get to catch up with old clients, and help people who genuinely care about their health.
