Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

Even in my late 20's, I still get a kick out of Dr. Seuss. There is no way I could ever choose a favorite book-- there's just way too many that bring back happy memories to me to pinpoint just one.

But I do know, How the Grinch Stole Christmas is still a must-see holiday movie for me (the old-school one, not the newer version.) And Green Eggs and Ham sticks out in my mind, too. And Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You?

See? I told you I couldn't pick just one.

So, even though I'm all grown up and it's been a while since I picked up one of his books, and even though I don't have any children to read his books to yet, I'd still like to give a happy birthday shout-out to one of my favorite childhood authors.

Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss!
