OK, still not sure about to-furky, but i definitely support your dietary choices. I just had the Best chick-pea, yellow curry beany-salady thing.

ps - Have a GREAT Thanksgiving. I'm doing NaNoWriMo this year, my 1st!

Congrats, John! I tried one year, but couldn't pull it off in November--the busiest time of the year for me! I think NaNoWriMo should be in the summer, say in June, when I could stand a chance to pull that off!

I have never tried the Tofurky roast!

And I just realized that in all these years making most of the American Thanksgiving standards (minus the Turkey), we haven't been making the stuffing. I'm really curious about this artichoke one, though and maybe I'll give it a try!

Are you back to being vegan or is it just most of the time?

Have you made vegan pumpkin pies? I want to try, but at the same time not... I'm a bit afraid of the results.

I'm bak to trying the vegan diet, but I went back into it gradually and am allowing myself some "flexibility" now and again (if we're out and I want to try some cake, or a cookie that may not be vegan). I never stopped baking and cooking vegan, though, after the first try, so not much has changed at home.

Try that artichoke stuffing! It's really very good.
