Quick and Green

Any chef could use a time saver or two…especially a time saver that doesn’t sacrifice the taste or flavor of your food.

Steaming/Boiling Multitasking:

A simple trick...when you are boiling pasta, take a colander and place it over the boiling water to steam whatever vegetable you might need to cook.

Saves time, saves energy, saves water...another way to go green in the kitchen...while steaming up something green.
